1. The service

Concierge is a paid telephone advisory service operated by Fortuna Ventures, Netherlands. Upon payment of €100, you receive a single phone call of up to 16 minutes with a member of our team, who will listen to your problem or question and provide their best thinking, advice, and perspective.

Concierge is not a licensed professional service. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, psychological therapy, financial planning, or any other regulated professional service. Anything communicated during a call is a personal perspective and should not be treated as professional or expert guidance in regulated fields.

2. Payment and what you get

The price is €100 per call. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You receive one call of up to 16 minutes. The call connects to the phone number you provide within moments of payment confirming. If the line is occupied at the time of your payment (which the site displays in real time), you will not be charged — the payment panel only becomes active when the line is available.

3. Refund policy

Because the service is delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a call has connected and lasted more than 2 minutes. If the call fails to connect due to a technical fault on our side, or connects but is cut off within the first 2 minutes through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a full refund. To request one, email support@fortunaventures.it.com within 48 hours of the failed call, and we will process it within 5 business days.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By proceeding with payment, you explicitly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the call has connected.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Concierge for any lawful personal or professional question or problem. We will not discuss, assist with, or provide any guidance on:

  • Any activity that is illegal under Dutch, EU, or your local law
  • Content of a sexual nature
  • Violence, threats, or harm to yourself or others
  • Fraud, deception, or manipulation of third parties
  • Harassment or abuse of any kind

If a call involves any of the above, we reserve the right to end the call immediately without refund.

5. Transcription and AI assistance

With your explicit consent (given at the payment step), the words you speak during the call may be transcribed in real time. This transcription is used solely to help our team provide better assistance during your call. Calls are not audio-recorded. Transcripts are deleted within 30 days. 6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Fortuna Ventures is not liable for any decisions you make based on a Concierge call, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the call in question (€100).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
